Damaged or defective on arrival

If your mirror arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — return shipping is on us in these cases.

Change of mind

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The mirror must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is borne by the customer.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to reflect.

Not eligible for return

• ·Items damaged due to misuse or improper mounting after delivery
• ·Returns requested after the 7-day window
• ·Items without their original protective packaging
